Burns began her career on television in 1995 when she played Peg the teenager from Spain in the show Out of the Blue. Burns became a participant in Baywatch the action-drama show in 1998. The following year, she was a part of Baywatch: Hawaii. Burns later quit Baywatch because of her first child.
